Pipeworks Studios is seeking a Producer to lead cross-disciplinary teams on purpose-driven games. The role coordinates development from concept through release and serves as the central contact among clients, studio leadership, and project teams.

Based in Eugene, Oregon, the position can be performed remotely within the United States. Relocation assistance is available. A security clearance may be required for continued employment.

Qualifications

• Excellent project management practices with cross-disciplinary coordination.
• Strong financial and business acumen to manage budgets and schedules.
• Proactive and collaborative communication across stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented work style with team collaboration.
• Experience with Unity, Unreal, or other engines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for customer stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project success goals and risks.
• Coordinate with leadership and finance on goals and metrics.
• Lead budgeting, estimation, scheduling, and resource planning.
• Manage outsourcing contracts and external development resources.
• Provide regular project status and financial reports to leadership.
• Drive project pipeline improvements and post-mortems.
