Job summary

This fixed-term, full-time role supports remote, hybrid, or on-site work. You will own estimation, budgets, risk management, process improvements, mentor producers, and drive high-quality launches in a fast-paced development environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a software Producer/PM role.
• Experience in game development and shipping multiple titles.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Analytical mindset with ROI and cost awareness.
• Experience in hybrid/remote work environments.

Responsibilities

• Own estimation, budgeting, planning, prioritization, and scheduling of tasks.
• Track project schedules and budgets against commitments.
• Identify risks, develop and implement mitigation plans.
• Drive project development pipeline and workflow.
• Provide clear project vision and objectives to team and stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal/external resources to remove roadblocks.
• Mentor producers and support training as needed.
• Manage QA bug triage and progress toward resolution.
• Provide regular status reports to studio leadership.
• Lead post-mortems and drive process improvements.
