Pipeworks Studios in Eugene, Oregon seeks an Executive Producer to lead the delivery of one or more development game projects. You will guide production, staffing, financial performance, client relationships, and overall delivery execution.

This role partners with Studio Leadership to keep projects on time and within budget. The Executive Producer serves as the senior operational leader balancing client goals, team health and delivery excellence across disciplines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional game development experience.
• 5+ years leading large-scale game development programs.
• Multiple shipped console, PC, or live service titles.
• Strong financial and resource planning experience.
• Demonstrated success managing publisher or external development relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight from project inception through launch and post-launch support.
• Define delivery strategy, governance, staffing plans, milestone structure, and project objectives.
• Ensure production leadership maintains realistic schedules, execution plans, and transparent reporting.
• Partner with Lead Producers to remove roadblocks and enable delivery success.
• Drive accountability across Engineering, Art, Design, QA, Production, and support disciplines.
• Serve as the executive point of contact for publishing and development partners.
• Develop trusted relationships with client leadership.
• Lead executive business reviews and milestone discussions.
• Manage delivery expectations and negotiate scope changes alongside studio leadership.
• Own overall project financial performance; monitor budgets and profitability.
