Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking an experienced Dedicated Producer Attorney to join a national Commercial Litigation & Insurance Defense practice. The attorney will handle high-exposure disputes, advise clients and insurers, and manage matters through all phases of litigation from investigation to trial.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Arizona, California, New Jersey, or New York, in good standing.
• 5+ years of substantive experience in commercial litigation and insurance defense.
• Experience handling general liability, insurance defense, personal injury, and Labor Law matters.
• Ability to manage litigation matters from investigation through trial, settlement, or appeal.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial litigation and insurance defense matters through all stages of the litigation lifecycle.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies designed to achieve efficient and favorable client outcomes.
• Analyze claims, evaluate liability and damages exposure, and provide strategic recommendations to clients and insurers.
• Draft and argue motions, prepare pleadings, oversee discovery, and manage all aspects of case development.
• Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and coordinate expert engagements.
• Represent clients at court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and trials.
• Collaborate closely with insurance carriers, clients, experts, and co-counsel to ensure effective case management.
• Maintain high standards of client service while managing multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously.
