Butler America Aerospace, LLC. seeks a Procurement Support professional to work remotely with our US-based teams. You will interface with Supply Chain Managers and Operations to prioritize critical parts, escalate issues, and update SAP tracking tools to ensure timely supplier commitments.

The role emphasizes improving material availability and communication across the supply chain. Responsibilities include data entry in SAP, managing ship-commitments, and supporting PFEP with ongoing process

• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Interface daily with Supply Chain Managers and Operations to understand critical supplier parts and business needs.
• Escalate part issues with Procurement, obtain supplier commits, and update SAP Mismatch tool and tracking files.
• Collaborate to improve supplier schedules to meet MRP needs and report status to Ops and SC Managers.
• Improve visibility into material availability and communicate part status to operations.
• Enter data into SAP, tracking files, and support PFEP and EPS/ECS presentations.
