Turing is seeking a procurement and supply chain professional to contribute to AI-driven sourcing projects. You will leverage your procurement expertise to evaluate supplier options, analyze costs, and shape data-driven purchasing decisions across global networks.

No prior AI experience is required, and the role is fully remote as a contractor, with the potential for extension or full-time engagement depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Buyer, Procurement Specialist, or Purchasing Agent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
• Experience with supplier management, pricing strategy, and procurement systems (SAP/Oracle/Coupa).

Responsibilities

• Design and solve real-world procurement and supply chain scenarios to test AI reasoning.
• Write clear, structured solutions covering supplier evaluation, cost analysis, inventory management, and contract negotiation.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, efficiency, and strategic insight.
• Collaborate with researchers to refine AI understanding of sourcing strategies, market analysis, and purchasing workflows.
