Job summary

Thermal Works is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead vendor management, sourcing intelligence, and supply chain reliability across our manufacturing operations. You will interface with key suppliers and contract manufacturers to secure parts at the right price and time while mitigating risk.

The role requires 5–10 years in procurement, a bachelor's in a related field, familiarity with Epicor and ERP systems, and up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field required; equivalent experience may substitute.
• 5–10 years procurement/supply chain experience in manufacturing; multi-site experience preferred.
• Experience with PO lifecycle, supplier relationships, and ERP systems (Epicor).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day procurement lifecycle across systems including PO creation and pricing reconciliation.
• Manage supplier relationships and regular performance reviews.
• Monitor pricing, lead times, and identify alternate sources for risk mitigation.
• Coordinate shipments with partners and expedite when needed.
• Collaborate with Ops, Finance, Engineering, and Quality; travel up to 20%.
