Job summary

DeWinter Group is seeking a Procurement Manager for a fully remote contract role to lead procurement operations in a fast-paced environment. You will manage requests from intake to resolution, troubleshoot Coupa-related issues, and guide business users on procurement processes and systems.

The engagement lasts 6–8 months with potential for extension, offering an immediate impact within a high-volume procurement function.

Qualifications

Experience managing procurement operations in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Coupa experience is required.
Experience managing and triaging purchasing requests through a procure-to-pay process.
Experience supporting purchase requisition and purchase order creation, changes, and issue resolution.
Ability to review requests for completeness, coding, approvals, documentation, and purchasing requirements.
Experience troubleshooting workflow and transaction issues in Coupa.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including the confidence to communicate effectively and push back when necessary.
Ability to partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, business stakeholders, and suppliers to resolve exceptions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor open requests, aging, and operational queues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage purchasing requests from intake through resolution.
Troubleshoot procurement system issues.
Guide business users on purchasing processes and systems.
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Review requests for completeness, coding, approvals, documentation, and purchasing requirements.
Monitor operational queues and aging to keep workflows moving.
