Job summary

TerraPower is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist (Remote) to own the department's reporting cadence and dashboards, track KPIs, and monitor compliance with prime contracts and company policy. The role supports process improvements, system administration, and audit readiness across procurement operations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years of experience in procurement reporting, ERP implementations, and strong Excel/BI skills, with the ability to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience, or 12 years without a degree
• Proven ability to build department-level reports, dashboards, or business reviews from procurement or ERP systems
• Experience supporting or leading procurement/ERP software implementations or system transitions
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data modeling) and BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership

Responsibilities

• Own the department's recurring reporting cadence, portfolio status, purchase orders and subcontracts near closeout or overdue.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking KPIs: cycle time, on-time delivery, aging, spending, and savings.
• Monitor compliance with prime contract requirements and company policy, identifying trends.
• Revise and maintain department policies and procedures for compliance.
• Aggregate and report supplier delivery performance and expediting activity across the portfolio.
