The role requires attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Work is primarily onsite with some remote options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience, training or certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skill with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and attorney interactions.

Responsibilities

• Review and update pointing fish systems.
• Maintain files and ensure timeline compliance.
• May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals.
• May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs.
