Quality Loan Service Corp is hiring a Processing Clerk to ensure efficient handling and organization of all referrals, maintaining accurate records, and accurate data entry.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Onsite 2–3 days per week after training, with potential for 100% remote work depending on location. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently as well as on a team.
• Customer service experience or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and update pointing fish systems.
• Maintain files and ensure timeline compliance.
• May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals.
