Job summary

Kraken is seeking a hands-on Process Optimization Senior Analyst to help design and implement data-driven improvements across Client Engagement operations. You will build process models, dashboards, and automations, using Celonis to illuminate bottlenecks and opportunities for scale.

In this remote role, you will partner with CE Ops and engineering teams to drive measurable impact, leverage analytics, and support ongoing AI-automation initiatives within a crypto-focused organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in process analysis or optimization, fintech/crypto experience preferred.
• Hands-on Celonis or equivalent process mining experience.
• Strong SQL and data extraction skills.
• Ability to translate data findings into clear business recommendations.
• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma or similar frameworks.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Provide process mining support to CE Ops teams—identify improvements and measure impact.
• Build and maintain process models for critical flows like ticket routing and escalations.
• Run conformance checks comparing designed vs. actual processes.
• Create dashboards to surface bottlenecks and throughput issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and focus on high-impact findings.
• Connect Celonis to data sources and maintain event logs for CE.
• Deliver regular process health reports with actionable recommendations.
• Design and roll out to-be process flows across Client Engagement.
• Validate to-be designs with ops teams and manage change adoption.
• Quantify impact using baselines and post-implementation monitoring.
• Maintain process documentation as workflows evolve.
• Support automation candidates and define success metrics.
• Monitor automation outcomes and provide data-driven feedback.
• Present findings to stakeholders in clear, non-technical language.
