You will own Jira/Confluence configurations, triage intake, and drive metrics governance to support leadership decisions. Join a fast-growing crew focused on reducing manual work and enabling scalable software delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, process, or tooling roles.
• Hands-on Jira administration covering boards, workflows, schemas, permissions and custom fields.
• Demonstrated use of AI in day-to-day work to solve problems and improve efficiency.
• Ability to translate vague stakeholder requests into scoped work and deliverables.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own processes and tooling that remove friction for engineering teams.
• Administer Jira and Confluence configurations, workflows, permissions and automations.
• Lead triage and intake to ensure work is properly routed and prioritized.
• Maintain healthy roadmaps and deliver weekly reports to leadership.
• Ensure accuracy and governance of engineering metrics data and definitions.
