Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Process Improvement Principal – Provider Terminations to steer end-to-end termination processes. This remote role supports CST/EST time zones and reports to the Director, Network Governance and Market Enablement.

You will leverage data analytics, benchmark practices, and collaborate with senior executives to drive member experience, productivity, and cost improvements while guiding strategic capabilities across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in payer/provider contracting lifecycle.
• Experience coordinating across business areas to boost performance.
• 7+ years improving or creating business processes.
• 3+ years leading projects or teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Located in Central or Eastern Time Zone.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for provider terminations across regions.
• Coordinate and track impacts of terminations.
• Improve end-to-end termination processes and reduce friction.
• Influence partners to simplify business processes.
• Develop insights on Stars, member experience and contracting.
