Responsibilities

• Lead process-standardization initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.
• Own end-to-end delivery for new products, systems, and major change programs.
• Conduct requirements analysis and translate business needs into standardized processes.
• Develop and maintain process assets like maps, SOPs, templates, and dashboards.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with operations, IT, product, and compliance.
• Define KPIs, collect data, and report improvements with measurable results.
• Coach others in Lean/Six Sigma and foster continuous improvement.
• Support change management with training materials and rollout plans
