Responsibilities

• Review market and branch operations to identify opportunities for improvement across the business.
• Influence leaders to drive change and achieve business excellence while aligning with strategic objectives.
• Evaluate proposed new markets for expansion and coordinate market-entry strategies with leadership.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and other continuous improvement activities.
• Coach branch leadership and teams to improve performance and sustain change.
• Analyze performance trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Document and implement best practices across the organization.
• Develop and deliver presentations communicating findings and improvement plans.
• Apply problem-solving skills to identify root causes and practical solutions.
