You will partner with manufacturing, technical service, and labs to ensure seamless integration of new products into the Bay Minette system and meet customer requirements.

Your role emphasizes rapid response to product issues, advancing new opportunities, and leading cross-functional efforts across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelors degree in materials science, metallurgy, or related field.
• Experience with aluminum fabrication or sheet manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
