Job summary

Blue Star Partners LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to support a utility client’s Site Selection Initiative related to data centers and power generation. You will document current-state workflows, support future-state process design, and produce clear process maps, SOPs, and reports to guide stakeholders.

Fully remote role with potential travel up to monthly for coordination. Requires 3+ years in process analysis and proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, operations analysis, or related roles.
• Experience documenting current-state and future-state business processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Document current-state processes and map workflows, handoffs, and roles.
• Support development of future-state process maps, SOPs, and training materials.
• Analyze process data, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, capture notes, decisions, and action items.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor process performance.
