Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking an experienced 180 or 360 recruiter to join our Legal and Professional Services team. This fully remote opportunity focuses on direct hire or temp placements across F&A, AEC, Technology, Life Sciences and Legal in the US.

The ideal candidate will be financially motivated, relationship-driven and skilled at building candidate pipelines, winning client trust, and working in a fast-paced staffing environment with strong commission potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment or sales.
• Strong industry knowledge with ability to discuss relevant skills and companies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, sourcing and cold-calling
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications for sales resumes to match client needs
• Develop creative strategies to recruit both active and passive candidates
• Provide consultative guidance to clients on hiring trends, talent availability, and workforce planning
• Balance client expectations with candidate experience to achieve successful placement
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruiting workflows and meet hiring goals
