Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in personal financial advisory or private wealth management.
• Proven ability to build trust with high-net-worth or mass affluent clients.
• Deep knowledge of financial planning, investment management and retirement planning.
• Solid grasp of tax‑aware strategies and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clear, actionable steps.
• Exceptional judgment and decision‑making in high‑impact client scenarios.
• CFP, CFA or equivalent credential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, actionable financial guidance across budgeting, investments, and retirement planning.
• Review client scenarios to inform AI-assisted financial planning tool development.
• Provide clear written feedback to improve AI outputs for advisors and clients.
• Explain complex financial concepts in a client‑centric, understandable manner.
