• Solid grasp of tax‑aware strategies and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex advice into actionable steps.
• Exceptional judgment and decision‑making in high‑impact client scenarios.
• CFP, CFA, or equivalent credential required.

Responsibilities
