Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on advisory or private wealth experience.
• Proven ability to build trust with high-net-worth clients.
• Deep knowledge of financial planning, investments, retirement, and debt management.
• Strong grasp of tax-aware strategies and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate complex advice into clear steps.
• CFP or CFA or equivalent credential required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized financial guidance on budgeting, investments, retirement, and debt.
• Review client scenarios to inform AI-assisted planning tools.
• Provide structured written feedback to improve AI outputs.
