The role involves drafting, reviewing, and refining Investment Committee (IC) memos and Board Decks for high-impact deals, as well as navigating complex public filings, financial statements, and dense transaction documents to ensure thorough investment evaluation. The Analyst will work closely with internal and external teams throughout the deal lifecycle.Successful candidates must have strong relevant experience in private equity or a combination of private equity and investment banking at the Analyst or Associate level. Expertise in reviewing public filings, conducting M&A or financing transactions, and preparing CIMs/SIMs and due diligence materials is required.
