Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Privacy Analyst to own the Privacy Incident Management function. You will triage incidents, drive privacy analysis, coordinate remediation, and build durable processes in a fast-moving environment.

This remote-friendly role reports to the Head of Privacy and partners across Privacy, Security, Legal, Product, and Engineering. Responsibilities include leading incident response, on-call readiness, and delivering metrics on trends and remediation status.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in privacy, security, incident response, or related operational risk function with cross-functional coordination.
• Strong incident management skills and ability to communicate privacy risk and incident findings to diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of investigating in cloud-native architectures with SQL, Python, and data tools.
• Experience building automation to reduce manual tasks and improve incident response.
• Working knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, ePrivacy, DPIAs/PIAs) and data subject rights.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Privacy Incident Management program, including notification workflows and escalation paths.
• Lead privacy incident response as the DRI and Incident Commander across multiple teams.
• Maintain on-call readiness for privacy incident triage and urgent escalations.
• Drive incident retrospectives, track remediation, and report trends and process health.
• Build cross-functional relationships to improve readiness and accountability.
• Support broader privacy initiatives during lower-volume periods with tooling and automation projects.
