Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years compliance/project management experience required or 7 years' experience in lieu of degree.
• Master's level in a health-related field preferred.
• Healthcare compliance experience or quality auditing background advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and maintain an effective privacy compliance program.
• Promote ethical practices and compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
• Perform privacy audits, investigations and support privacy projects as assigned.
• Communicate guidance effectively with leadership at multiple levels.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
