Job summary

Public Partnerships LLC is seeking a Privacy Analyst to support the organization’s Privacy Program by managing privacy incidents, breach response, investigations, HIPAA compliance activities, and ongoing privacy monitoring. This remote role collaborates with the Director, Corporate Compliance and Privacy to identify risks and strengthen privacy controls.

The position requires 3–5 years in healthcare privacy, strong analytical abilities, and excellent written communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Public Health, Nursing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in healthcare privacy, HIPAA compliance, compliance investigations, health information management, or related field.
• Certification such as CHPC, CHPS, RHIA, RHIT, CIPP/US, or other relevant privacy certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake, investigation, documentation, and resolution of privacy incidents.
• Conduct HIPAA breach risk assessments and support breach notification activities.
• Assist in development and maintenance of privacy policies, procedures, standards, and guidance documents.
• Track privacy incidents, breaches, investigations, and corrective actions.
