Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology risk management with a focus on privacy or security.
• Ability to map GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, ePrivacy to operational controls.
• Translate privacy guidance and product specs into actionable requirements.
• Manage a high volume of concurrent assessments with stakeholder escalations.
• Familiarity with applying privacy principles to blockchain/on-chain/web3 products.
• Knowledge of responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end privacy assessments for new products and features, synthesizing findings and driving remediation with cross-functional partners.
• Map regulatory requirements to the privacy common controls framework and identify where updates are needed.
• Track privacy requirements and issues throughout the product lifecycle, managing escalations and timely resolution.
• Partner with Product and Engineering by embedding into roadmap planning and advising on privacy-by-design principles for on-chain and web3 products.
• Identify and implement automation and AI-driven process improvements to streamline assessments and issue management.
