Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct privacy incident reviews and investigations, including gathering and analyzing documentation and reporting.
• Review policies, workflows, and data use agreements to identify privacy risks and recommend revisions.
• Research federal and state privacy laws to provide guidance on complex matters.
• Conduct privacy audits, access reviews, monitoring activities, and targeted reviews; track corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver privacy education and training based on findings and regulatory changes.
• Create guidance documents, job aids, reports, and resources to strengthen the program.
• Collaborate with departments and stakeholders on investigations and remediation efforts.
