Job summary

Pluralsight is seeking a skilled attorney to support Privacy, Product and Marketing compliance, SaaS contract review, and IP matters across our growing teams in the United States. You will advise on GDPR/CCPA, EU AI Act, data privacy, and AI/ML policy, while coordinating with outside counsel on complex contracts and regulatory reviews.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in tech or SaaS law, in-house experience, and a strong grasp of privacy, IP, and marketing compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of substantive legal experience in a corporate legal department or top-tier firm.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist across Privacy, Cybersecurity and AI, SaaS contracts, and Marketing IP areas.
• Review, draft and negotiate SaaS agreements, DPAs, NDAs and vendor contracts.
• Provide guidance on privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and EU AI Act to internal teams.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on complex contract and regulatory reviews.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and training materials for legal and sales teams.
