Job summary

Gandy Ink is seeking a full-time, remote-friendly team member who must reside in Texas. You will act as a liaison between customer, sales and production, handling inquiries, preparing quotes, and updating production schedules while ensuring quality and timely communication with customers.

The role requires attention to print specifications, reliability, and the ability to work across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 3–6 months related print experience or training.
• Strong skills in work planning, scheduling and must have good judgment of color, design and print quality.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers by phone, online chat, email or in person about printing requirements and collects production print specifications for printing job.
• Fills out pre-production order specification information, detailing parameters of print job.
• Coordinates the preparation of all written quotes and proposals.
• Maintains daily update of production schedule, noting any deviations.
• Handles phone inquiries for job status, estimates, orders, changes and complaints.
• Keeps salesperson informed about job status and problems.
• Provides customer with shipment confirmation.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment.
• Carries out conduct and responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures, safety, and applicable laws.
• Other duties as assigned
