DEPT® is seeking a Principal, Visual Design in the United States to lead creative strategy and set benchmarks for design excellence. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver transformative, best-in-class solutions that blend user focus with elegant visuals.

You will mentor the design group, drive projects from kickoff to delivery within budget and schedule, and push for growth through strategic thinking and rigorous execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design and interactive work for leading brands.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related field.
• Mastery of Figma and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead and mentor the creative team.
• Define and implement design strategies and standards.
• Generate strategic insights and moodboards for innovation.
• Drive complex digital projects from kickoff to completion.
• Establish project direction and production support as needed.
• Foster client relationships and cross-department collaboration.
