The candidate will lead pre-bid activities, coordinate with BD/proposal teams, and mentor technical staff while delivering compliant, cost-effective solutions in a remote, 100% U.S.-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of software/system experience; strong EV/QA background is not applicable here but the ad lists 10+ years in software testing — not relevant for this role; include the primary Azure and governance requirements instead.
• Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complete, price-competitive Azure cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with BD, capture, and proposal teams to optimize proposed solutions.
• Design, implement, and govern secure, scalable Azure architectures.
• Coordinate with technical leadership on solution development, proposal writing, and estimating.
• Mentor engineers and architects across projects and teams.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise objectives and security requirements.
• Develop concepts, standards, and governance documentation.
