Tivly seeks a Principal Engineer to design, build, and scale our core software platforms. You will define technical direction, drive architecture decisions, and mentor engineers to deliver high-quality systems that power millions of insurance leads and transactions.

You’ll lead architecture, contribute to technology roadmaps, and hands-on code across Java, Kotlin, Python, Go, and TypeScript. Expect a cloud-native, security-conscious environment with a focus on performance and reliability.

Competenze

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Java, plus hands-on experience with Kotlin, Python, Go, or TypeScript.
• Proven track record designing, building, and scaling distributed systems and microservice-based architectures.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and integrations.
• Deep understanding of performance, reliability, and observability.
