Job summary

Form Health, a fully remote obesity medicine clinic, is seeking an engineering leader to guide Care Delivery. You will mentor engineers, shape backend services, workflows, and integrations, and build reliable, scalable, and secure systems used by clinicians and patients daily.

You will work with product, clinical, and operations leaders, champion AI-native development with tools like Claude Code, and foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and safe delivery in a regulated

Qualifications

5+ years managing engineering teams.
Experience delivering complex backend/workflow-heavy systems.
Hands-on fluency with AI-native development (Claude Code).
Strong cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

Lead a small team delivering clinical and operational systems.
Guide architectural decisions for backend services, workflows, and integrations.
Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and compliant with healthcare regulations.
Coach teams to adopt delivery fundamentals: small-batch delivery, feature flags, testing, CI/CD.
Collaborate with product, clinical, and operations leaders to translate requirements into engineering plans.
