Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking a Principal Scientist in Analytical Development to lead efforts in advancing oligonucleotide-based therapeutics. This role offers remote work with travel as needed and involves significant collaboration across cross-functional teams.

With a strong focus on analytical strategies, the successful candidate will manage method development and ensure compliance while driving process improvements for innovative CNS therapies.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Analytical Chemistry with 5–7+ years of industry experience.
• Strong industry experience in analytical development for oligonucleotide drug substances required.
• Deep knowledge of analytical techniques relevant to oligonucleotides.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Analytical Lead across CMC programs for oligonucleotide and small molecule development.
• Lead analytical method development and GMP testing activities.
• Design analytical control strategies for drug substances and products.
