Inspiren is seeking a Principal RF & Radar Systems Engineer to lead the design of next-generation radar platforms. This senior role is pivotal to the hardware engineering team, focusing on innovative mmWave technology and ensuring high standards across all devices.

The successful candidate will need 15+ years of RF hardware experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with simulation tools like Cadence Allegro. Located preferably in NYC, this position offers a competitive salary of $200,000-$240,000 plus equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant industry experience in RF hardware design.
• Strong knowledge of RF/mmWave hardware design.
• Experience with probe stations and spectrum analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of radar sensing architectures.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams.
• Perform RF system lineup analyses.
