Job summary

Maximus in the United States is seeking a senior Product/Program leader to define and drive the long-term vision for our product portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, and support bids and continuous improvement.

You will partner with business and operational leaders to understand objectives, market dynamics, and technology trends, shaping strategies and roadmaps that deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Product Management, Program Management, Technology Leadership, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for products, platforms, and solution portfolio.
• Develop forward-looking product strategies that evolve existing products into scalable, reusable solutions capable of supporting multiple customer segments, programs, and business opportunities.
• Partner with business and operational leaders to understand strategic objectives, customer needs, market dynamics, and emerging industry trends.
• Identify gaps between current product capabilities and future business needs and develop strategies to close those gaps.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive landscapes, regulatory requirements, and technology advancements to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Establish clear product outcomes, success metrics, KPIs, and strategic priorities that align with organizational objectives.
