The role requires a strong background in product management, portfolio planning, and executive communication, with experience leading enterprise transformations and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Product Management, Program Management, Technology Leadership, or a related discipline.
• Experience in product strategy, visioning, and roadmap development.
• Knowledge of portfolio management and investment planning.
• Ability to align business and technology objectives with strategic goals.
• Experience in business case development and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for products, platforms, and solution portfolio.
• Develop forward-looking product strategies that evolve existing products into scalable, reusable solutions for multiple customer segments.
• Partner with business and operational leaders to understand objectives, customer needs, market dynamics, and trends.
• Identify gaps between current capabilities and future needs and develop strategies to close them.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive landscapes, regulatory requirements, and tech advancements to inform strategy.
• Establish clear product outcomes, KPIs, and priorities aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and modernization that create competitive advantage.
