Job summary

Maximus is seeking a senior product leader to define and drive the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap across platforms and solution portfolios, partnering with business and operational leaders to align with strategic objectives.

You will work with cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, translating market insights into scalable solutions and guiding investment decisions, governance, and performance measurement to deliver business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience in Product Management, Program Management, Technology Leadership, or related discipline.
• Strong product strategy, visioning, and roadmap development.
• Experience with product lifecycle management and market analysis.
• Executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for products, platforms, and solution portfolio.
• Develop forward-looking product strategies to evolve existing products into scalable, reusable solutions.
• Partner with business and operational leaders to understand objectives, needs, market dynamics, and trends.
• Identify gaps between current capabilities and future needs and develop strategies to close them.
• Analyze market trends, insights, competitive landscapes, regulatory requirements and technology advances to inform strategy and roadmap.
• Establish clear product outcomes, KPIs, and priorities aligned with organizational objectives.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and modernization to create competitive advantage.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business/CS/Engineering/Information Systems or related field
