Job summary

Versant invites a Principal Product Manager to shape GolfNow's B2B technology portfolio. You will blend customer insight, strategy, and technical fluency to turn priorities into impactful product improvements and innovations.

Expect collaboration with Engineering, Design, and business leaders to drive initiatives from discovery through measurable outcomes. You’ll apply an AI-native approach to accelerate learning, decision-making, and execution, influencing growth and adoption across golf course

Qualifications

8+ years of Product Management experience delivering measurable outcomes across complex products.
Experience with B2B software or technology products including customer workflows and adoption.
Strong product judgment, strategic thinking, and ability to translate objectives into priorities.
Analytical skills using customer research, product metrics, and experimentation.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product outcomes across GolfNow's B2B products and drive measurable results.
Translate business objectives into product priorities and roadmaps with leadership.
Improve customer workflows and expand capabilities to drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
Identify emerging needs, evaluate technologies, and lead development of innovative capabilities.
Influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations.
