Qualifikationen

• Doctorate in epidemiology or related field.
• 8+ years in multi-center clinical research with trials.
• Experience obtaining NIH and other federally-funded grants is preferred.
• 6+ years FDA-regulated trial experience required.
• Leadership in multi-disciplinary teams including researchers, statisticians, data managers, technologists, and project managers.
• Proven track record in presenting and publishing in peer-reviewed venues.

Aufgaben

• Serve as overall project leader for coordinating centers in multi-site clinical research projects, including randomized trials.
• Provide senior leadership for study design, protocol development, implementation, site oversight, and data analysis.
• Act as liaison with funding agencies, clients, and Data Safety Monitoring Boards.
• Guide cross-functional teams on data management, subawards, and project execution.
• Communicate with site leadership, collaborators, core facilities, and laboratories to ensure quality and timelines.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables across coordinating centers.
• Lead business development and proposal activities for grants and contracts.
• Mentor junior investigators on manuscripts and presentations.
• Present research findings at conferences and peer-reviewed venues.
• Oversee overall quality and process of studies and activities.
• Support strategic planning, role in staff development and proposals.
