• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience or master’s with 3 years.
• Experience in qualitative research, stakeholder engagement, or research communication in environmental fields.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Design and conduct qualitative and mixed-methods research (interviews, focus groups, surveys) to understand stakeholder perspectives.
• Analyze qualitative data using thematic coding, and integrate with quantitative data to generate actionable recommendations.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies using human-centered design and co-creation.
• Translate complex scientific information into accessible reports, visualizations, and decision graphics for diverse audiences.
• Lead research tasks and multidisciplinary project teams; manage schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client communications.
• Support business development through proposals, partnerships, and opportunity identification.
• Foster collaboration across disciplines and stakeholder groups to develop innovative solutions.
