This role is ideal for a strong writer and hands-on communicator who can turn complex information into clear, engaging content and manage projects from planning through publication.

This position can be worked remotely anywhere in the United States for the right candidate. Reporting to the Internal Communications strategic lead for HR, you will translate communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field and 10 years of experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Seven or more years of relevant communications experience.
• Strong command of AP Style.
• Experience managing communications projects from planning through publication.
• Experience using digital publishing platforms like FirstUp or MarketScale.

Responsibilities

• Execute integrated, multi-channel HR communications plans.
• Manage benefits, performance management, talent development initiatives.
• Write and edit employee emails, intranet stories, FAQs, leader toolkits, talking points, presentations and other communications.
• Translate complex HR information into concise, accurate messaging.
• Maintain the integrated HR editorial calendar, coordinate timelines and deadlines.
• Coordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals and keep projects moving to publication.
