Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Business Programming Technologist to join its PROsolutions Integrated Applications team. You will build scalable, high-quality solutions aligned to business objectives and work closely with business stakeholders to automate Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain processes.

As a senior contributor, you will develop skills in SQL, Power BI, and data-driven decision making while engaging with BPs to deliver immediate value through rapid, reliable software delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of related work experience.
• 4+ years developing software for client/server and/or web apps.
• 4+ years building solutions for Finance/Operations/SC functions and data warehousing/ETL.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and advanced MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and deploy solutions for Finance, Operations, and Integrated Supply Chain.
• Monitor and troubleshoot weekly ETL processes.
• Lead SME meetings to partner with end users and BP teams.
• Communicate changes to BP team and end users clearly.
• Document and prioritize partner enhancement requests and manage tickets.
