Job summary
Ladders is seeking a Principal Field Service Technical Training Specialist to shape and deliver technical training for field service teams and customer audiences in a highly regulated pharma/biotech environment. You will translate complex engineering information into practical learning that strengthens system understanding and maintenance capability, partnering across engineering and service teams to stay current with product updates.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Associate's/HS diploma with relevant engineering experience.
- Strong electrical engineering foundation and schematics interpretation.
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Develop technical training curricula for service and customer audiences.
- Create and update training content from engineering docs and repair procedures.
- Deliver instructor-led and hands-on training on system operation and maintenance.
- Translate electrical concepts into accessible training for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with engineering and service teams to keep content current.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and improve course content.
- Support global service readiness for new product introductions and updates.
