Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. in the Nuclear Services Group is seeking Principal Electrical Components Engineers to act as recognized Subject Matter Experts for critical nuclear plant electrical components.

The role is eligible for remote work anywhere in the United States. Candidates should demonstrate SME-level expertise in one or more areas such as Emergency DC Power Systems, Transformers, Generators/AVR, and Medium and Low Voltage power distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required.
• SME-level expertise in one or more listed components.
• Experience with lifecycle management or reliability for electrical power components.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and engineering expertise for electrical component/power distribution systems.
• Perform root cause analyses and equipment performance evaluations; develop recommendations to improve reliability.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to nuclear utility clients; present solutions to leadership and participate in site visits.
