Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in data engineering, data architecture, analytics engineering, or related field.
• Experience delivering enterprise data, analytics, or AI solutions within large manufacturing and supply-chain environments.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to understand problems and prototype solutions.
• Strong skills in SQL, Python/PySpark, data modeling, scalable pipelines, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, architecture, and evolution of enterprise data platforms enabling scalable analytics and AI.
• Partner with business leaders and product teams to translate complex requirements into data solutions.

• Champion data governance, security, compliance, and data quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to data engineering teams.
