Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience designing scalable Data Warehouse environments.
• Knowledge of Kimball and Inmon data‑warehousing methodologies.
• Proficiency with Snowflake healthcare data warehouse architecture.
• Cloud data engineering experience with Snowflake.
• Experience with data protection, least-privilege access, RBAC/ABAC, encryption, audit logging, and lineage.
• Experience with Git-based repositories and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments using Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Design and support the architecture of a program-wide data warehouse.
• Lead data warehouse project work to meet requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Perform testing and ensure delivered code meets user specifications.
• Provide technical architecture expertise for planning, estimation, and solution design.
• Work across teams to define requirements and validate testing processes.
• Design scalable, multi-layer warehouse patterns (landing, transformed, standardized, curated, analytics).
• Model and integrate healthcare data domains using standards (X12, ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, NDC, DRG, HL7, FHIR).
• Implement HIPAA governance for PHI/PII, including RBAC/ABAC, masking, and auditing.
• Contribute to SDDs, data dictionaries, and source-to-target mappings.
• Architect normalized and denormalized data solutions.
• Design scheduling workflows and automation processes.
• Support continuous improvement of processes and tooling.
