Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Principal Clinical Scientist to lead clinical study design and evidence strategies for global regulatory submissions in US and EU markets.

You will act as a scientific liaison with regulatory bodies, develop protocols and evidence plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to align programs with product development and market access needs. A strong background in regulatory standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences with 9+ years in clinical research.
• Master’s degree with 12+ years of experience; Doctoral degree with 4+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Design clinical studies and evidence strategies for global regulatory submissions.
• Act as liaison with regulatory bodies, key opinion leaders, and external sites.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Quality and Commercial teams.
• Author and review clinical/regulatory documents to support product clearance.
• Mentor junior scientists and maintain expertise in evolving regulatory standards.
