Job summary

Garver is seeking a Primavera P6 Administrator to join our Enterprise Solutions Scheduling Services Team. The role focuses on developing, reviewing, and maintaining critical path schedules for multiple projects, reporting to the Team Lead.

You will work with various Task Leads, manage EPPM databases, calendars, EPS and OBS, support users, and coordinate software updates with IT. Strong Primavera P6 expertise and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Expert user of Primavera P6 with strong scheduling experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and project controls concepts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain multiple EPPM databases: users, codes, roles, resources.
• Develop and maintain global layouts, codes, calendars, EPS and OBS.
• Support project controls and Primavera users; provide expert issue resolution.
• Assist client user training and new users; lead training for project teams.
• Create and support exports for Power BI reporting.
• Coordinate with IT and Primavera host for updates, licenses and tools.
